In 2000 I met Mr. John Black and the staff of Shingijutsu America, thus beginning my career in the world of Toyota management System.
Over the years I have carried on a path of in-depth international training, working in Invensys (Mexico) and Genie Industries (Seattle) and concluding, in 2001, the first phase of my training with the Masters of Shingitsu Co, in Japan.
From 2001 to 2008 I had the opportunity to grow alongside the greatest Lean experts - Sensei NAKAO and Sensei NIWA - learning the concepts of the Toyota Production System, to apply them later in my professional experiences in Hitachi Air Conditioning production Dept.
Back in Italy, I followed the LEAN implementation for Fiorentini Minireg, a family company for which I was COO.
Since 2009 I decided to transform my skills, collected from one end of the planet to the other, to create a LEAN consulting company.
Since then, I have been serving the principles of continuous improvement, waste elimination and value growth.
After an experience in management control and organization in a multinational company in the energy sector, I decided to get closer to continuous improvement for the satisfaction and experience that this work offers.

I am APICS CSCP (Sept. 2017) and BSCM (Dec. 2016) certified.
I have achieved significant results in the analysis and optimization of business processes, improvement of material and information flows, harmonization of master data, planning and master scheduling, inventories and warehouse, development of reports and KPIs.
The collaboration with WTCO gave me the opportunity to develop and apply on the field Lean techniques and tools, particularly in the areas of performance and efficiency, quality and standards, 5S sites, Material Management.
I accompany businesses and organisations through innovation pathways, helping them to find and develop new ideas, understanding the impact they could have into nowadays market or new markets and implementing them into successful products and services.
I build customised intervention project, starting from each specificity and need and using the methods, approaches and tools from time to time more suitable (Design Thinking, Agile, Lean Startup, L®SP®).
I have 20 years of experience in supporting companies of various sizes (Startup, SME, large international companies) and sectors (finance, plastics and rubber, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, research organizations, third sector, social cooperatives).
I acquired skills in the optimization of plants and production processes, in the organization and management of industrial processes, in the planning and scheduling of production, in industrial reorganization, in the evaluation of suppliers, in the implementation of new methodologies in order to eliminate unnecessary costs and waste.
Since 2001 I started a new professional page, working as a manager in collaboration with Private Equity Funds, charged as Managing Director with the management of companies controlled by the fund, often in critical situations and/or in need of commercial development and strategic review of market positioning, in a framework of business development. Then, I managed companies (SpA and SrL) of various sizes, in the Media, Investment, Healthcare and Engineering sectors.
I studied Electronic Engineering at the University "La Sapienza" of Rome, and integrated my knowledge with several monographic courses in Economics at the University Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
I'm a great enthusiastic of Hi-Fi and technology, of which I still follow evolutions and progresses.
I graduated in Psychological Science, field that allowed me to improve my team working and group relationship skills, and I earned a work experience in the field of Legal Psychology.
Then, I started a Master in Marketing Management during which I had the opportunity to learn and deepen my knowledge of Strategic and Operational Marketing tools and methodology.
Specifically, I specialize in:
- data collection and analysis (market, selling data, Google Analytics)
- development, implementation and management of online (web, social) and offline (brochure, materials) communication strategy
- using CRM as a fundamental tool of target segmentation to develop a value proposition tailored to customer needs.
